Common questions
Do I pay for messages compliance blocks?
No. Suppression, DNC and quiet-hour blocks are recorded with a reason and never rated as billable usage.
Can a reseller see my customers?
No. Billing accounts are separate from data-owning organizations, and Row Level Security scopes customer and conversation data to the operating organization.
What happens to pricing history when rates change?
Rate cards are versioned. Past usage keeps the version it was rated with; historical pricing cannot be mutated.
